Really nice stay, as always. Fairly clean venue with very good breakfasts and city views. - Fab food. - Impeccable customer care. - Great and unbeatable location, only a short distance to everywhere.

The hotel is shabby , the carpets etc are filthy and worn . Our double room was tatty and the bathroom was youth hostel standard . Really dreadful . The front facing rooms are on the mani through road and with no air conditioning you have to have your window open .

This was a second time we were at the Helnan Phoenix Hotel. Hotel is nice, not luxus, but just right for one night stay in Aalborg.

The hotel offers plenty of good food for meals. Its location is great and perfect for visiting touristic attractions. It is close to the city center, the main street through Aalborg, and other areas.

Carpeted and big rooms, I had really really nice experience.

The place was fairly priced. I loved marvellous location and how the place is clean. The staff was polite and around most of the time. The breakfast was delightful for what was on offer, with Scandinavian taste and sweet cookies. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was excellent...

Only the location

The hotel is old and worn. The service at the restaurant was very poor. The staff did not focus on the guests and had a very bad attitude. We had traveled three weeks through Europe and this was the worst service we had on our trip.

Spacious rooms with cozy beds and a handy wake-up service. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a mix of Scandinavian flavors and yummy sweet cookies 🍪.

Good location, it's set adjacent to the Jutland coast and the center of the town. The breakfast has superb and delightful options: slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, eggs, bangers and cheese.

This place was conveniently located near Gammeltorv Square and within easy reach of downtown, the bus station, and a bike trail.

room too small for the price of 110 Eur Toilet space smaller than a plane toilet room was near the lobby (234 and 233) people were talking all night not worth the money

The hotel is brimmed with history. Every room is different. The staff is very friendly. And the location in the city centre is perfect.
